Dr. Bronner's
Dr. Bronner’s was founded in 1948 by Emanuel Bronner, a third-generation master soapmaker from a German-Jewish family. He used the labels on his superb ecological soaps to spread his message that we must realize our transcendent unity across religious and ethnic divides or perish: “We are All-One or None!” We honor the vision of Dr. Bronner by making socially and environmentally responsible products of the highest quality, and by dedicating our profits to help make a better world. Our products are of the highest quality with no synthetics, no harsh chemicals—none! Only the purest organic, fair trade, cruelty-free and biodegradable ingredients. All-One!

His company, Healthy Iguana Veterinary Service, was one of our first Friends last year and he has been a big part of the Amuseum the whole time. He donated specimens, like an iguana skeleton he assembled himself, he helped staff the Amuseum on busy nights and he saved a sugar bird when someone brought it to the Amuseum for help.
